Refund policy
Delivery timeframe
Our eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically (QR code / activation details).
Most orders are delivered instantly. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours after purchase.
If you have not received your eSIM within 24 hours, please contact us at info@calicolink.com with your order number.
Please check before you buy
Before purchasing, please make sure:
- your device supports eSIM and is unlocked, and
- you selected the correct destination/plan.
If you’re unsure, contact us at info@calicolink.com before placing an order.
No returns / no refunds for delivered eSIMs
Because eSIMs are digital products that can be accessed and used immediately, all sales are final once the eSIM has been delivered/issued (including when the QR code or activation details have been sent or made available to you), even if it has not been installed or activated yet.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
- change of mind
- wrong destination/plan selected
- device incompatibility / unsupported device
- accidental purchase
- partial usage or unused data
Product issues (connectivity) — replacement only, no refunds
If you experience a genuine product issue (e.g., the eSIM cannot connect to the network despite correct setup), please contact us at info@calicolink.com.
We will:
- assist you with troubleshooting (installation steps, APN/settings, device checks, coverage checks), and
- if the issue is confirmed to be caused by the eSIM/service, we will provide a replacement eSIM or equivalent service credit.
Refunds are not provided for delivered/issued eSIMs, including installed/activated/used eSIMs.
Undelivered orders (after 24 hours)
If your eSIM has not been delivered within 24 hours and we are unable to successfully re-deliver it, we will provide a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund for the undelivered item.
Non-refundable items
We do not offer refunds for delivered/issued eSIMs.
Sale items or gift cards (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
EU notice (digital content)
If your order is placed from the European Union, you may have statutory rights. However, for digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery/performance has begun (e.g., once the eSIM is issued/delivered), where permitted by law.
